Same-day and after-hours appointments are available for closings that need flexibility.

Loan signings typically take 60 to 90 minutes depending on package size. Same-day availability is common with advance notice.

Pricing

In-office loan signings start at $2 per stamp. Mobile loan signing packages in Nassau and western Suffolk carry a $97 travel fee plus $2 per stamp. NYC loan signings carry a $197 travel fee. For packages with a high stamp count, contact us for a package rate.
