When you make a payment, payment details are collected and processed by Square; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We use the information you provide to quote, schedule, perform, and document the services you request, to confirm payment, and to communicate with you about your matter. We may use anonymized analytics data to improve the site.

Sharing

We share information with our wholesale process serving partner and any subcontractors strictly to perform the service you requested. We share payment data with Square as the payment processor. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We retain service records and affidavits in accordance with New York licensing rules and our internal retention policy. You may request deletion of marketing-related information at any time.

Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit and reasonable administrative and technical controls to protect the information you share. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
