Process Serving on Long Island
Our office is in Huntington. We serve process across all of Nassau County and all of Suffolk County — including the East End with a possible surcharge for locations east of Riverhead. Residential personal service starts at $135 and includes up to three attempts and a notarized affidavit.

Long Island process serving under our standard tiers covers Nassau County (Garden City, Hempstead, Mineola, Massapequa, Great Neck, and all municipalities), western Suffolk County (Babylon, Huntington, Smithtown, Hauppauge, Brentwood, Commack, and east to Patchogue and Ronkonkoma), and extends into eastern Suffolk with a possible East End surcharge. Nassau County has active Housing Courts in Hempstead and Mineola where we regularly serve landlord-tenant papers, eviction notices, and summary proceeding petitions. Suffolk County Supreme Court in Riverhead and District Court in Central Islip and Hauppauge are also within our standard routing. For law firms outside Long Island that need a local process server for Long Island matters, we are an established local resource with direct knowledge of addresses, buildings, and courthouse procedures across both counties.
Coverage area
All of Nassau County and all of Suffolk County. East End (east of Riverhead) is covered at the standard statewide individual rate; a small surcharge may apply for the most remote locations. We quote those individually.
Pricing
Residential personal service in NYC and Long Island: $135, up to three attempts, notarized affidavit. Corporate entity service statewide: $115. Matrimonial and OSC: $219.
