Long Island notary coverage spans the full length of both counties. Nassau County locations — Garden City, Hempstead, Great Neck, Mineola, Massapequa, Westbury, and everywhere between — are covered under the standard $97 Nassau/Suffolk mobile travel rate. Western Suffolk locations — Babylon, Melville, Commack, Hauppauge, Smithtown, Brentwood, and up to Ronkonkoma — are also covered at that rate. For East End Suffolk — Riverhead east through the Hamptons, North Fork, and Shelter Island — see our East End page, which carries a higher travel fee to reflect the additional distance.
Coverage area
Nassau County (all) and western Suffolk County through roughly Ronkonkoma at the standard $97 travel rate. East End (Riverhead eastward) is covered under the East End tier at $127.
Pricing
In-office: $2 per stamp. Walk in during business hours. Mobile in Nassau and western Suffolk: $97 travel fee plus $2 per stamp. Additional stamps are $2 each. Printing is $0.47 per page.
